⚡ Why Are Estimates Free, but Troubleshooting Isn’t?

A free estimate is for a clearly defined project—such as installing new lighting, replacing an electrical panel, adding an outlet, or wiring an addition. Because we already know what work you want completed, we can evaluate the job and provide a price.

Troubleshooting is different. When lights are flickering, breakers are tripping, outlets have stopped working, or part of the building has lost power, the cause is still unknown.

Finding that cause is actual electrical work. It requires a trained electrician’s time, experience, testing equipment, and often tracing circuits or opening electrical devices to locate the problem safely.

The simplest way to explain the difference:

🔍 Paid troubleshooting determines what is wrong and what repair is needed.

Once we identify the problem, we’ll explain our findings and discuss the cost of any additional repairs before proceeding.
